As CEO, Owen leads Complama’s vision, strategy, and partnerships, guiding the platform’s growth and impact.
Owen brings a wealth of expertise in cybersecurity risk management and compliance, with experience building, advising on, and evaluating security programs at leading fintech and consumer technology companies across the US and Canada.
He is certified as a ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 Lead Auditor and holds numerous professional designations related to cybersecurity, compliance, and corporate ethics.

Nik King Fredel
Co-Founder & COO
As COO, Nik leads internal operations including product management and service delivery ensuring Complama scales with a consistent-focus on supporting user needs.
Nik brings deep knowledge in designing and scaling security programs, with experience guiding startups and SMBs to implement practical, right-sized security and providing clear insight into what organizations need from cybersecurity partners.
Nik is an ISO 42001 lead implementer, and holds a BA from New York University's Gallatin School.

Shraddheya leads Complama's software and infrastructure engineering teams.
Shraddheya holds an MS in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University, and is recognized as a Certified Ethical Hacker by the EC Council.
Ace Bonkowski
Head of GTM & Product Strategy
Ace leads Complama's product growth function.
He brings experience in cybersecurity and technology marketing, having previously served as a Product Manager at Fraunhofer SIT, the EU's leading applied application security research institute.
